Thai style pork balls, can be served as meatballs
500g Pork mince, 10 drops yeos sesame oil, 2tbs abc ketchup manis, 2tbs basil stir fry paste, 2tbs oyster sauce, 1tbs soy sauce, 1tsp fish sauce, 1/2 red capsicum, 1 medium onion, 1 red chilli, 3tbs coriander, 2tbs mint, 2 tbs basil, 3 green schallots, 2 stalks celery, 5 cm piece of ginger, 3 cloves garlic, 1tsp white pepper, 1 egg, 1/2 cup plain flour, rind of one lime.
Place mince in mixing bowl.
Process all ingredients in a food processor, except egg and flour.
Combine processed ingredients with mince, eggs and flour.
Refrigerate mince mixture to firm up.
Using wet hands, roll into large balls for pork patties or small balls for meatballs.
Fry in a little peanut oil, until golden brown.
Serving suggestions: serve as patties with a green mango salad. Or cook meatballs in a green curry and serve with noodles.
