Coffin Bay oysters topped with Asian flavours.

Cuisine :

Vietnamese

Ingredients :

2 tblsp fish sauce
1 tblsp mirin
Juice of one lime
1 tblsp brown sugar
I chilli chopped finely
I clove garlic crushed
1/4 cup each of chopped Vietnamese mint and coriander
Lime, mint or coriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Steps :

Prepare ingredients
Dissolve brown sugar in lime juice, mirin and fish sauce
Combine all ingredients
