Mongolian lamb with fresh veggies and noodles

Cuisine :


Ingredients :

1X packet of Mongolian lamb simmer sauce
Half a red capsicum
500g lamb
Been sprouts 1/2 tin
1/2 tin water chestnut
1x brown onion
3x celery sticks
1/2 packet of vermicelli noodles
Crushed peanuts to serve

Cooking Steps :

Pour boiling water over noodles in separate bowl and let sit for 15 minutes
Brown the onion
Brown the lamb (par cook)
Char celery and capsicum for 2 minutes or until aromatic
Add entire contents of packet sauce
Stir and simmer for 10 minutes
Add water chestnut + sprouts and noodles to stir fry pan
Turn off hot plate and mix together
Serve with crushed nuts and chopped fresh garlic chives
