Sriracha Chilli Sauce is made from sun-ripened chillies which are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic and ginger, as is the case with several Southeast Asian condiments, gravies, pastes, sauces and curries. Thai chefs, street hawkers and even housewives use it for hot pot dishes and spicy, deep-fried meats, vegetables, rice and noodles. Sriracha Chilli Sauce is one of our favourite pantry ingredients as it is versatile in its use. – it is also found to be a dipping sauce for dishes such as roast duck and barbecue pork.
