Coriander, is also known as Chinese parsley and in America it is called cilantro. This light green herb is one of the oldest known and most popular herbs. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals and is associated with aiding digestion. Coriander has a wonderful fragrance and a strong, distinct taste. It is commonly used in Thai cooking for curry pastes, chilli sauces and as a garnish. This minced variety is great to have handy in the pantry as there is no waste and it allows you to add just the right amount to a dish.
