Cardamom

One of the most ancient spices, cardamom is highly valued because of its unique aromatic, sweet, complex and spicy flavour. It is a constant ingredient in Indian, and Thai cooking. It enhances both sweet and savory tastes. It is used to mellow the flavour of tea/coffee. Its distinctive taste and smell has popularised it world cuisine today.
