- Place tea leaves into a tea dispenser or filter and sit over a cup or container.
- Pour boiling water through tea leaves, repeat 3-4 times.
- Steep the tea leaves in a cup for 3-4 mins.
- Remove tea leaves (filter if needed), add sugar and mix well.
- In a serving cup/mug, pour in the tea and stir in evaporated milk (3:1 tea to milk ratio). Serve hot or iced.
